Council Meetings
Full Council meetings take place in Whimple Victory Hall, starting at 7pm, usually on the third Monday of every month except August and December. However, sometimes this can change due to Bank Holidays or Cllr availability.
Extra planning meetings, when necessary, usually take place on the first Monday of the month in Whimple Victory Hall, starting at 7pm. However sometimes this may change due to Bank Holidays and Cllr availability.
Public Participation
Members of the public are encouraged to attend Council meetings to raise issues in person for a maximum of 10 minutes. Councillors may ask questions for clarification but will not enter into a discussion or respond to the issues raised at the same meeting. Should it be felt necessary Councillors will schedule an agenda item for a future meeting to address the topic.
